Health Coach - Sports Conditioner - Personal Trainer

Following a series of 8 life and death experiences within a 2 year period and waking every night to dreams of drowning I was diagnosed with PTSD. This was my first personal experience on the effects of mental health to your overall health at age 43.

With a 30 year background in health and fitness I have enjoyed the following working experiences

  • qualified personal trainer with 20 years experience working 1 on 1 with people
  • owned a post natal studio for 5 years
  • worked with corporate teams on sustained performance
  • was a paid athlete for 13 years
  • qualified and worked as a sports conditioner

The combination of the mental health experience, working with individuals 1 on 1, supporting team outcomes and strong background on the physical elements of health and fitness plus raising 3 children and 20 years of marriage together with a little fluffy dog, these give me a lot of life experience to help support most people.

As a health coach the satisfaction of taking you from your current position, whatever that may be to a better mental, physical and purposeful state is a very rewarding journey for clients & myself.

You can never be to fit or healthy and my programs are designed to move you forward, whatever that position is for you.

Massage Therapist

Nick is a Certificate IV Massage Therapist.
“I used to be overweight and did little to no exercise. Deciding I needed a better quality of life, I wanted to lose the weight by going to a gym and eating better. After getting my butt kicked over and over, I started losing the weight and kept pushing myself. It didn’t take long to realise my body needed rest, I kept getting burnt out from overtraining. Learning the hard way that I needed to better balance my training days with rest days, I also got massages to aide my recovery and felt the benefits after several sessions. I quickly became fascinated about the human body  and wanted to learn more, deciding to become a massage therapist. I not only learned about my own body, but can now share the same benefits I get from my own treatments.”
